Relating, Trauma and Attachment Online Workshop Series – A 9 week safe container
Our deepest traumas come up in relating, and you will be pleased to know that that’s not only normal, but you can work on changing the patterns that come up, bringing in an opportunity for you to create the relationships you always wanted in life.
This is a series of 5 online workshops followed 4 weeks of weekly sharing circle, creating a safe supportive space for you to explore your own attachment style, how you relate to others, why you attract who you do, and how to make your relating more about understanding and empathy.
This workshop series will offer the theory of attachment, how our childhood shapes our relationship patterns, and the basics of neuroscience and how our brain forms in the early years, and regulation and communication tools, all with the gift of knowing that we can change our patterns, our ways of behaving, and create a better future for our relating!
You will get to practice the tools you learn, within the container and ask any final questions before the course closes.
It will be followed by an optional but strongly recommended 4 week weekly sharing circle to continue the safe container while you step back out into the world, and learn how to integrate the learnings, reflections and tools into daily life.
This space is LGBTQI friendly and all diversity of identification, gender, sexuality are welcome in the space.
Course structure – 5 weeks of weekly 2 hour sessions and then practicals. Please note that the first few sessions will be full of the knowledge and understanding you need to truly take this work forward in your life.
